Frequently Asked Questions
Concierge medicine is a colloquial term used to describe exclusive, private and accessible care outside the traditional vetcare model. The veterinarian will see far fewer patients so they are able to spend and dedicate as much time as needed to prioritize your dog or cat. By creating a strong doctor-client-patient relationship, your loved ones' needs will remain our highest concern.

Our billing structure is very competitive and will be set up like any other traditional veterinary facility. A fee will be associated with any service offered, whether it is prescription medications, vaccinations, illness and/or preventive health care. With that said, EMH Veterinary Services fee structure will immediately offer savings for you! Not having the same overhead costs of a traditional practice such as rent and support staff, allows us to keep our costs down. This savings will then be passed on to you. Travel fees will be determined based on location.
