We offer two different membership options based on your needs: The Platinum Membership or Premier Membership.

Platinum Membership include

  • A fully individualized, integrative wellness plan
  • Direct access to Dr. Haskin’s personal phone, text and email
  • 2 Virtual appointments
  • Coordination with a specialist or emergency hospital if needed
  • Submission of pet insurance documentation
  • $70 flat travel rate
  • Sunday hours from 10-2 for telemedicine
  • Prescriptions delivered to your home or ordered to an online pharmacy

$350 for each additional pet-initial exam/travel included
